Effective: November 1, 2022
In consideration of elderly, immunocompromised, and other high risk individuals encourage all patients and visitors to our office continue to wear a mask.
All About Health waiting room capacity limits are still in effect.
We will continue to ask you questions to screen for any symptoms that would preclude an in-person visit. Depending on your symptoms, you may be offered a telephone appointment or be asked to wait outside until a room becomes available.

Waiting Room Policy
There is a limit of 15 patients in the waiting room at All About Health in order to maintain social distancing. We will move you to an examination room in a timely manner. If you exceed our waiting room capacity, you will be asked to wait outside.
Regarding Vaccine Exemption Letters
In accordance with guidelines from the Ministry, our physicians are only allowed to provide vaccine exemption letters for patients that have either:
1) experienced a severe, documented allergic reaction to the vaccine or the components of the vaccine
2) experienced a documented case of pericarditis/myocarditis/other serious complication secondary to the vaccine No other criteria are eligible for exemption, and therefore we are unable to provide an exemption letter.
