​All About Health Family Practice

 

We are proud to provide service to our patients and community. The patient-centered approach of our clinic ensures that our registered patients are seen in a timely, efficient manner. Our patients also have the opportunity to be seen by our physicians 365 days/year, including every evening and weekend day.

Our triage system for seeing patients at AAH is the following:

 

1. Booked patients of AAH physicians who are registered  with our family practice

2. Walk-in patients of our physicians who are registered with our family practice.

3. Walk-in patients of other physicians.

 

We always strive to provide the best medical care to all patients who come to All About Health. We request and will direct all true medical emergencies, of any patient, to the closest Emergency Room for treatment and investigations.

Restricted Substances Policy

 

For patient safety, several medications are carefully monitored by the Ontario Drug Registry.

 

These include:

• All narcotics (including fentanyl)

• Sleep aids

• Behavioural stimulants

 

These medications will only be considered for registered patients of All About Health on a case-by-case basis dependent on prescribing safety for both patient and physician.  The above medications have to be advised/ prescribed by specialists.
